Vaccine Connect

ImmunizeVA has partnered with Voices for Vaccines to pilot Vaccine Connect, a tool that helps you find verified vaccination appointments in your area. Every listing below is confirmed by trained Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ensure the information is accurate and up to date. Currently this tool is only being piloted in Fairfax County, with hopes to expand to other locations across the state.

If you need help navigating the site or finding an appointment, you can request a call from a Community Health Worker below to receive personalized support throughout the process.

Hosting the dashboard embed on your website gives your community a direct path to trusted answers and care without ever leaving your site.
