Hey guys, guess what today is... it’s my birthday!!
This year I’m turning one year old! I’m looking forward to eating lots of cake and celebrating with my friends. I hope we get to go to the park because it is my favorite place in the whole world. I may seem young, but in dog years I’m getting to be older and wiser.
My grandpa told me all about the important vaccines that people need before they turn one. Shots can sometimes seem scary, but once I knew how much they help keep me healthy; I was ready to go to the doctor. Vaccines prepare your body’s defenses to fight off the nasty bugs that get you sick! This year when I go to the doctor, I won’t be so nervous about any shots that I need.
