Hi friends!
This school year is going to be so much fun! I can’t wait to play frisbee with all my friends and learn cool new tricks in gym class. Here's my class photo from last year.
Friends make school my favorite place to go, and I can’t wait to see them all again in a couple weeks. You may not have known, but yesterday was national friendship day! My friends and I play every day, and I try to help them out whenever I can.
Going to the doctor may not seem like something that would involve your friends, but I learned that when all of us get our shots we are more protected than when we’re on our own! Last year my whole class got sick because all at once. My teacher taught us that germs can spread from person to person making us all sick. When we get vaccines, we stop the germs from making us and our friends sick!
This year when I go to the doctor, I’m going to think of all the extra days running outside and learning cool new things I get to have because of the added protection vaccines give me!
