Hi kids! So, a little birdy told me you are getting a vaccine soon! You might be feeling a little scared, but not to worry, I’m here to tell you all about how easy getting a shot is!
I remember my first vaccine… my mom took me to the vet. They were so nice, but I was still a little scared because I never had one before. But they explained to me and my mom that vaccines help me avoid getting sick, so I don’t have to miss out on play time and my walks! They told me that they are going to poke me, and that it feels just like a pinch! Mom told me to count to 10, and by the time I finished, I was done! It was so quick and easy! Then mom treated me to a pup cup after – yum!
Now I get my vaccines every year to stay healthy and happy!
